        @yerrag

        I bought two units before from a UK-based seller, redlightman, who is/was once an active member on the older forum (the charlie one) on sale, one was red light and the other infrared, on sale but still I could not use it as much as I could because I had to hang it from a horizontal rod (like a clothesline), and I never got to use it much because hanging it like that was impractical and I had to gerry rig it. The two units cost me upwards is $200.

        This set of two lights, red and infrared, costs $72 regularly on amazon, and if you missed this sale on woot, at $50, is still a nice unit to buy on list price.

        It doesn't need a horizontal bar to hang it which, as I said, is very impractical.

            @Kilgore If everything works as spec'd, I would but I just ordered it and haven't used it but judging by the reviews it looks good.

              @yerrag thank you I ordered one. It seems like it is also discounted on the normal amazog site,

                @Kilgore I'm sure we'll both get a lot of use out of it. This is designed much better to make it convenient to use. I hardly used the ones I bought from Redlightman.
