@BearWithMe those look more like tissue loss . maybe some of that is calcification too but I get the sense it's mostly loss of tissue. diets low in plant foods and low in gelatin, unironically, I think cause this. even the guys that I know that have lost hair dont have skull shape like that, the tissue is still built up around the apex making a round rather than the sharp edges you are posting pics of here, and they all eat high amounts of plant foods. they are bald but dont look unhealthy bald, if you know what I mean. to me what you've posted looks like a form of sarcopenia.

i have noticed racists lose their hair alot
also most guys who were mean to me in school went bald, not all, but most.
