Coffee orders/society

This may either suggest something , mean nothing, or be a case of reverse causality… but as I buy coffees at the coffee shop lately, ive been noticing that skim milk is only ever requested by customers who appear overweight or generally have a less healthy appearance. whereas healthier looking, more attractive customers often take their coffees full cream… it felt similar to how you see obese people walking around with a massive bottle of diet coke vs a 10/10 drinking a regular full sugar coca cola. I’ve always bought my coffees skimmed because I thought it’s the better option metabolically speaking (to avoid fat gain) and maybe easier to digest… but now i wonder if this is true or worth it. Not sure if anyone relates/makes these observations. Thoughts?

@Tarzan17 haven’t noticed but Ray Peat would say better to have milk with a little fat rather than no fat.

Ray Peat: For some people it might be, but for good digestion I think 20% is better. -
@Tarzan17 they probably add a lot of sugar though. In theory skim is better since dietary fat comes from food and much higher in USA. Active people can handle higher fat intake?

I like to pamper myself and have cream in my coffee. It is delicious.
