Any unexplained phenomena should stoke our curiosity.
I’ve seen tons of examples of people healing chronic conditions with carnivore diets. A diet of meat, eggs, and bone broth must raise cortisol and PTH along with other stress hormones. And yet, it seems to heal.
Is it simply the absence of toxic additives and starch? What’s your take on its success?
