Low T and Anxiety, questions about steroids
-
I’m 21 I have low T and anxiety I weight 62kg and I’m 177cm kinda skinny fat I recently found out my test is low it was surprising to me since I live in Italy and mostly I eat Mediterranean food and livers raw milk etc. mostly drink yogurt. I don’t workout starting soon but I eat healthy and take supplements my vitamins are good I sleep a lot sometimes more than 12-13 hours I work at a night shift so I take lots of vitamin D3. I’m looking to take steroids in safe doses just to left my levels up a bit will definitely not take it for a long time will stop will it becomes between normal/high looking for the safest option. looked it up and found anavar is basically the safest should I take it or there’s better options? Also here it’s hard to prescribe testosterone

How much is "lots of D3"?
Is anavar a steroid? I think it would be safer to take idealabs CortiNon and Progestene. Both topically. Any more than 1 to 2 mg dhea, in the cortinon bottle, if taken for longterm can shutdown be aware of this.
Mediterranean diet? How much fish?
Twelve hours of sleep is a sign something is wrong. Sleeping excessively is as bad as not getting enough sleep.
Exercise. Do ten sets comprised of ten reps of pushups alongside ten reps of bodyweight squats. This increases testosterone.
Low testosterone lifestyle vs not.

Aspirin daily just might work. I’d also try, if possible, to get some sun before going to work or before going to sleep if possible. For example, going for a short stroll or having your supper or breakfast outside makes all the difference.

You don't really describe what your diet is only than a few words so it's hard to understand exactly what you eat. How many calories do you eat per day?
Numbers wise you seem a little underweight.
As someone else mentioned, night shift work is disastrous for health. Do you enjoy your job? Do you find the work meaningful? 12-13 hours sleep is excessive and indicative of something out of whack, health wise. I'm not sure there's anything completely protective against night shift work.
Do you live with your parents. What is your relationship like with them?
It's not cool and exciting like taking hormones but if I were you I would be taking a good look at my diet, increasing calories, moving job. Get the foundations right first and foremost imo.
I remember being early 20s and having huge anxieties. I think it is a funny age, suddenly becoming an adult and having to decide your career, sometimes living with parents longer than you should, trying to find your place and purpose in life. I know people who's health issues disappeared after they moved out into their own place, due to their relationship with their parents.
I'd also sit down and plan what your long term goals are. Where do you want to be in 5 years, 10 years? Then guide your life toward that goal. Maybe you already know, maybe your goal will change.

are your balls hot often or do you have a varicocele?
