Friends, are turkey necks good for the thyroid gland? Yesterday I boiled one, put it in the fridge, and it turned out to be jellied meat (lots of gelatin, glycine) and it was very tasty with potatoes!

@alex155 pork neck bones are good but to me less fatty. Good in sauces.
