I got a blood test coming up, in which i need to have as perfect parameters as possible

here is my low fat diet
      750 g white tiger prawns
      milk and sugar whenever hungry
      tribulus terrestris
      olive leaf extract
once every 3 days vitamin b
      butyric acid
      taurine
      k2 complex
      calciumabsorbate powder 1 g a day
      pregnenolone 23 mg
500 mg inostil helps to bring my sys pressure to a almost perfect 120
      a lot of coffee

been on this diet for a while now with good results am i missing anything for good blood work results?

blood work iand temps are generally pretty good
+- 120 sys (i must take inostil to lower it form 149)
      Dia 70-80
      bpm 80-100

      temp 37.1- 37.4 celsius or 98,78–99,32 °F

some liquid bowl movments i assume because of the high amounts of taurine which causes increased bile acid production (i assume it is fine as long as i replenish the pottasium/magnesium through milk)

        1. I won't take it for granted. Bile doesn't sound blob blob or flat flat 😉
Mind low-grade inflammation and dysbiosis afterwards.
        2. Need the macro GPL to give a piece of advice.
        3. I'd change calcium adsorbate powder for calcium phosphate, unless you eat a lot of meat or drink 1 liter milk.
Calcium citrate / potassium bicarbonate would be better choices for acid-base balance.
        4. "milk and sugar whenever hungry" => You're going to lack B1., even if you take a supplement 3x/wk.
sugar =>excess lactate if too short with B1.
Not every day one liter milk or you're going to lack enzyme lactase.
          Don't take B50 mix every day but a B1 100 mg every day and B50 mix 2x/wk.

to high bile overgrows bilophilia wadsworthia and probably other stuff
I think it is related to metabolic syndrome

maybe add some oatmeal or carrots or whatever

            taurine

I'd stop taking taurine, but not abruptly, every other day. Taurine is used for making bile. We want to avoid stagnation. Afterwards cut the dose to max 500 mg, once a day. And see how you react (adapt the posology).
Note that 10 % fat is not enough, if you want to avoid problems with hormones and thermoregulation. I'd target 20% fat.

            useful info:
Taurine plays a crucial role in bile production by acting as a substrate for the formation of bile salts. These bile salts, formed by conjugating bile acids with taurine or glycine, are essential for emulsifying fats and aiding in their digestion and absorption in the small intestine. The liver synthesizes bile acids, which are then conjugated with taurine and glycine, and stored in the gallbladder. Upon ingestion of fatty foods, these bile salts are released into the intestine, where they help break down fats.
