      2 Hours. It's not just the Vitamin D, but more, when you get sunlight. It's also the red and infrared spectrum. Just Vitamin D supplementation alone doesn't cut it. It is about the mitochondria and metabolic health. Why are modern hospitals unlike the ones from the past where you have sunlight available for patients?
