      I'm a 22 year old male, 5'8 and 217 pounds

I usually have a lot of sweetened raw milk coffee in the morning, a carb+protein dish at noon, more coffee milk or OJ in the late afternoon and skip any other later meals since my digestion is still a bit slow and it weighs in my stomach while trying to sleep.

I have no sleeping troubles, can't remember the last time I woke up to pee and probably never had stress hormone problems in the night.

Pufas and grains are the only things that irritate my gut and are almost completely out of my diet, with only a few relapses which I remedy in the usual ways (Vit E, aspirin, coconut oil).

My body barely ever gets hotter than 97.7, and feels like an uphill battle to get there (I just reached this temp at 3:15pm after taking 100mg of aspirin, when I was typing this). I can't make sense of the few times I did get a really high temperature, I was eating garbage instant noodles and energy drinks, maybe because it was summer and I was having carefree fun.

Last time I had a blood test done, which is more than four years old by now, I had low test (380ng/dl) and high TSH, not high enough for my doctor do prescribe a higher dose than 25mcg of T4.

I started using tyromix but I'm not sure how much should I take, I get no response from my body and I'm always anxious regardless.

Anyways, I need real help, I can't get a single idealabs supplement in this godforsaken shithole country I live in.

@Brunus carefree fun is a big part of Peating although not discussed as often… Do it more is my advice. Also, I'd eat your instant noodles with energy drinks more often if they warm you up and give you energy. At least often enough until you can think of something better to eat. Are there any foods you think about every single day but never allow yourself to eat because you were told they are trash? Those cravings might help guide you.

No, I also can't stomach instant foods anymore.

Being calm and carefree has been impossible to me since puberty, I always feel like I need to do something more productive, and I do, especially now when I'm a NEET and should be studying to get a job. I need to fix my health almost completely by the end of this year and get my life on track.

@Brunus I think you can already see the issue. You are probably b1 or b3 deficient (energy drinks contain it)

Plus I will recommend removing oj

@Brunus oj acts as anti thyroid
Many people need high doses b1 especially on peat diet which accelerated glucose usage

You could also try taurine i have read good stuff on its effects on metabolism

Well, thanks, I'll look into OJs effects. Which thiamine brand would you recommend?

@Brunus I personally have bought vitalundfit100, a German company, and it fulfills the following list better than all competitors. But generally, just buy the cheapest, best rated powder (capsules are 99% of the time overpriced) for every product you can (CoA optional and helpful)
