That's what I noticed when I started drinking raw milk. I wonder what is the best thing to consume alongside milk? Anything that absorbs the liquid must be a negative, so insoluble fibers might be a good idea, but you would need a lot of it to really slow milk digestion.

It seems to have similar effects to testosterone supplementation in puberty, but it won't do anything by itself in adulthood.

How much caffeine is too much for a pregnant woman? I'm scared this might have happened to me, although I was born normal, it could have affected my brain.

I had the best childhood my poor parents could ever give me, not a single traumatic memory, I was a happy kid, but a bit unstimulated. My puberty years were so bad I was mentally and physically stunted, now I'm nothing like my old self.

Based on this experience, I'd say you can recover from a bad childhood just as you can completely destroy the benefits of a very good childhood, but who knows, it's easier to destroy something than to fix it, especially when it comes to biology.

I got the cream and capsules from eurovital, it doesn't seem to make me colder, I take one capsule which is 50mg, so maybe he's using too much. Are you sure his body isn't just converting it to undesirable hormones? I'm going to be very sad if it's in fact contaminated, I have absolutely no other sources in my country.

Lion's mane mushroom seems to make time pass slower. The one I used is from nootropics depot, 8:1 dual extract.
