I would love to watch a video review of Mr. Mercola’s brand new book by Danny! Ha! I’m sure Mercola figured out everything Ray got wrong.

Fenbendazole vs cancer
Fenbendazole acts as a moderate microtubule destabilizing agent and causes cancer cell death by modulating multiple cellular pathways
https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-018-30158-6
The Nature article, as well as numerous other studies on PubMed, outline 3 main pathways by which FenBen attacks cancer cells:FenBen destabilizes the cancer cell’s microtubules, which are key components in a cell’s cytoskeleton. When the microtubules are compromised, this inhibits cancer cell division, movement, and transportation of materials in and out of the cell.
FenBen interferes with the cancer cell’s uptake of glucose. Because cancer cells grow so rapidly, they need copious amounts of sugar. This is why fasting and a zero-carb diet can enhance other treatments.
FenBen induces apoptosis (programmed cell death) through the activation of P53. A healthy cell is programmed to divide only a specified amount of times and then die. This programmed cell death, called apoptosis, is turned off in cancer cells causing them to multiply indefinitely. FenBen reactivates apoptosis in cancer cells by activating the programmed-cell-death gene called P53.Great article here on a guy named Joe that cured his cancer with FenBen. An antiparasitic drug. He is helping others do the same.

RE: Myxozoa: Cancer as a devolved parasite
@herayclitus Fenbendazole is an anti-parasitic drug that some are claiming cured their advanced cancer.

RE: High dose biotin and liver cancer.
@Ecstatic_Hamster far out!! I’m sorry for insulting you like that but I do feel a lot better bringing it up. The tremendous stress that forum caused just clearly gave me some lasting trauma.
Anyways. Hope you are well and sorry to bother you.
I was alittle triggered by this cancer and b vitamin thread too. Which is a common topic. This poor persons wife is suffering from cancer, and they have clearly looked into it with Georgi’s research. All of Georgi’s work with B vitamins and aspirin etc… The person has a specific question about biotin… and then I see you post about thc enemas. In all my years researching health and anti cancer things I have never heard anything good about thc and enemas. It just doesn’t seem helpful to this persons thread and inquiry.
It seemed deliberately derailing to me. Like the guy is really trying to figure out a protocol he has looked into and trying to get specifics on it, and you throw in an idea out that has nothing to with what he’s asking about. Keeping a very long story short. I have lost two very close relatives to cancer in the last 3 years. One 45 one 32. Everyone was trying to help them with bad idea after bad idea. My sister got so over whelmed with what to do…
All of Rays work and Haiduts are the best helpful things I’ve ever found for my similar situation. I’ve looked into everything health related for 20 years and i am not saying I understand it all! Just looking… learning. My point here is that bombarding people with ideas isn’t always the right thing to do to help people .
There is a reason Ray was never rambling on in interviews when asked if there was anything else he wanted to say. Because he understood that anything can be dangerous when taken out of context and just haphazardly throwing out more “good” ideas isn’t helping anybody. Literally anything could be a stress/toxin when hypothyroid and in cancer metabolism.
Peace -
RE: High dose biotin and liver cancer.
@Ecstatic_Hamster
Aren’t you a moderator on the Low Toxin Forum? I don’t trust you. When people were getting banned left and right on the Ray Peat forum you were never saying anything. Why?
If I am wrong about this I will completely apologize because it’s not like me to post comments like this but every time I see your name on this forum i cringe and I don’t want to feel like that. What am i missing? You also have such strong convictions and ideas that don’t seem to be Bioenergetic or Ray peat adjacent. Obviously that’s fine to have your own ideas and this is all about discourse…
Any thoughts? Am I just totally wrong? It was a huge forum and I could absolutely be wrong. -
AI Data Centers Massive Electricity Demand and EMFs
Thought I would see what y’all think of this article, I snipped the content to exclude product marketing. I have nothing to do with this company or technology. But I wanted you guys opinion on some of this… so have at it!
https://essentialenergy.solutions/blogs/news/data-centers-ai-emf-solutions
Warning: AI Data Centers Massive Electricity Demand and EMFs
This week has seen a flurry of headlines that have grabbed all our attention, including the swearing in of President Trump and many of his executive orders. In case you missed it, he launched an initiative to enhance America's hold as the leader in Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a $500 billion investment with Softbank, Oracle, OpenAI, Microsoft and others. These tech giants are salivating at the opportunity to deepen their hold on AI as it grows into multi-trillion-dollar market.
Whether you think this is a good or bad idea, there are certain realities we all must face as we had into this new world - and it has do to with electricity and your health.
Understanding the Impact of AI Data Centers: Electricity Demand and EMFs
The rise of artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming industries and reshaping how we live and work. However, the growing demand for data centers to power AI raises concerns about their environmental impact, particularly in terms of electricity usage and electromagnetic fields (EMFs). At Essential Energy, we believe it’s vital to explore these issues and provide actionable solutions for protecting people, plants, and animals.
AI Data Centers: Massive Electricity Demand
AI-focused data centers are significantly more power-intensive than traditional ones. Unlike standard servers, AI data centers rely on high-performance processors like GPUs and TPUs to handle complex computations. Here are some key insights into their electricity usage:
Higher Power Requirements:
Large-scale AI data centers consume between 50 and 300 megawatts (MW) of electricity continuously.
This translates to 438,000 to over 2.6 million megawatt-hours (MWh) of electricity annually, depending on the size of the facility.
The average American home uses about 10,000 kWh/year, in Canada the average is 11,135 kWh, the Nordic countries use between 10,000-15,000 kWh/year and in the Southern European countries it may vary from 3,000-5,000 kWh.
This means, one data center consumes the equivalent of about 250,000 American, Canadian and N. European homes per year, or 500,000 homes in country like Italy!
Cooling Needs:AI processors generate immense heat, making advanced cooling systems essential. These systems alone account for up to 40% of a data center’s energy consumption.
Growth Projections:The demand for electricity in AI data centers is expected to grow by 30–50% annually as AI technologies become more integrated into everyday life.
Electricity Demand and EMFs: Should We Be Concerned?
The enormous electricity consumption of AI data centers raises questions about their potential impact on electromagnetic fields (EMFs). These fields are generated wherever electricity flows, including data centers and their supporting infrastructure. Here’s what you should know:
Increased EMF Exposure:
High-density power equipment and extensive cooling systems in AI data centers create stronger and more widespread EMFs, as highlighted in research on electromagnetic radiation from industrial facilities.
Transmission lines carrying electricity to these facilities may extend EMF exposure to surrounding areas.
Effects on Living Beings:Studies suggest prolonged exposure to high levels of EMFs affects human health, potentially causing symptoms like headaches, fatigue, infertility, autism, heart disease, diabetes, c*ncer, and sleep disturbances, among a list of more than 65 other symptoms.
Plants and animals may also experience disruptions, particularly in their growth, behavior, reproduction and natural cycles.
Environmental Impact:The infrastructure supporting these facilities, including solar farms, wind farms, and other power stations and cooling systems, can disturb local ecosystems and contribute to habitat degradation.
Effects can impact migratory bird populations, bee activity and soil health. -
RE: Forum seems kinda dead... What other forums do you guys use
I'm just assuming I'm not talking to a computer / AI, but yes, you're right. Dead internet is apparent. This new great admin I think is pulling some wool over the algos' eyes.
This is a pretty nice forum from what I’ve seen. Couple a goof balls here and there that could probably use a few hours more sunlight a day truth be told.
On fruit trees - have you seen The Wicker Man? An island in Scotland founded by a radical scientist who revives paganism and - hint - fruit trees. Sounds eerily reminiscent of the Soviet citrus program in Georgia. When the crop inevitably fails their folk ideology requires human sacrifice. All these off-grid ideas seemingly lead to variations of The Lottery / Girard-ian Scapegoating / Wicker Man / Lord of the Flies situations. One of the most disturbing things about the movie is that both systems are at peace: the pagan village has a worthy sacrifice, and the truly devout Christian becomes a martyr.
Sounds juicy! I will check it out! Thanks!
Fruit trees planted in my yard include two cherry trees one red delicious apple an edible crab apple two plum trees, some paw paw trees, goji berries goose berries strawberry ground covers and lots of native wildflowers!
Peace! -

@Kvirion said in Forum seems kinda dead... What other forums do you guys use:
@dapose
A lot is happening now geopolitically, or maybe it's just winter...
Or are people waiting for RFK Jr. to step in?
Or maybe it is a kind of hard time after Ray's death - some of his ideas are spreading in the wild but not always in ways Ray would like... The old forum collapsed badly, and maybe some of the enthusiasm has died down...
Also, the beef between Danny and Haidut was pretty destructive...That whole collapse of a partnership situation did not feel organic to me. I still listen to most old GE podcast all the time, as I’ve come to learn more and more I hear things in them that I didn’t understand the first time. I truly think somehow that was orchestrated to separate those two minds and crash the podcast. I wish them both well and good health.
Moreover, digital culture and the military-industrial complex are pushing hard to prevail.
I’ve also heard that 75~85% of the internet is just bots and ai talkings to itself…
For sure, but probably the percentage is a bit lower (I hope)
I would love to meet human beings for coffee and cheese and high level discussion of how to end digital culture and demilitarize society.
And how to grow more fruit trees. I got a few people in my real world to bounce off ideas with thank god. But I need a Peat Gang.It would be great, but we would probably need to invent teleportation portals for that...
Since we are probably spread geographically all over the world...I appreciate everything you wrote. Thanks for engaging with this! I think somehow we all need to start meeting up in our dreams. Like the aboriginals did in Australia!! They use to have Dreamtime where they all hung out in their dreams together!

RE: Need the expert's thoughts on this thyroid article
@hazawitu it seems pretty ok to me but don't take it as scripture or anything. Im not sure id get all jazzed up about buying supplements based on this article. If you are new to supplements especially, you need a big primer article on what to look for in “additional ingredients” for instance 90% of the supplements at my local natural grocers are harmful at best. A person could write a very long article on this. Also agree with the other comment about iodine. You don’t need that. You’ll get it through foods and milk without trying to.
Read Broda Barnes hypothyroidism the unsuspecting illness. And any Ray Peat articles. -
RE: How can I be a good doctor in modern medicine?
@ImTheRange
Which doctors help people be healthy?
How to be a doctor that figures out how to get people out of an environment that is designed to make them sick at every turn? When people go to a doctor they just want someone to tell them what’s wrong with them, and what they can do for themselves to fix it. My experience with every person I know and all my family members and all friends family members, I have never heard of anyone ever getting a clear answer from a doctor what is wrong with them or what they can do to help themselves. In fact medicine seems to be so broken that they are trying to just get AI to take it over so they can mask how inconsistent and “difficult,” diagnoses seems to be. (I have no sources for that but I know it’s true.)
There is a cloud of information drifting around some educated people that all diseases are metabolic diseases. So fix broken metabolism is what a good doctor would do. Much easier said than done in a toxic environment. But that doesn’t stop good doctors from trying.
Fortunately we can read Ray Peats work to help us all figure out how to be the best healthcare providers for ourselves and loved ones.
I guess I’m suggesting that getting people out of the AMA is a step towards helping people get better. Unless they have a broken bone.
