What do you guys use for rashes?
Is there any such thing as an anti-estrogenic essential oil? Or anti-histaminic?
I use beef tallow designed for skin use on my belly close to liver and drop 2-3 drops of Eucalyptus E oil on it and rub in every night before bed.
“Eucalyptus essential oil: Not a tea, but can be a helpful tool. While I tend to stay away from many essential oils, some can be helpful and eucalyptus is one of them. Eucalyptus oil can stop mast cell degranulation, lower edema, and make allergies less severe. In a mice study, when a tiny amount of eucalyptus oil was applied to the skin, it systemically reduced allergy severity.
Rosemary essential oil
contains similar compounds and has a similar effect. You can put these oils in an oil diffuser or a bowl full of water and inhale the steam, as in the photo below, or try putting one drop dissolved in olive oil on your skin.”

Kaya writes great helpful articles.
Just use a salt crystal or baking soda for deodorant. Coconut oil “clean” deodorants gave me rashes every summer for a few years until I finally woke up to the idea that “healthy things” might not be good for you!
Peace!
