Eye Colour/Iridology resources?

Seeing memes on Aspirin, A10 eyes, prostaglandins going viral led me to know of Iridology. Didnt find many resources on it. Have not heard Ray talk much about it?
Are there resources on eye colours and their ability/inability to change? Are there some base colours for eyes or every eye in the ideal scenario will have the same colour?

@rayjeet You might have misunderstood something. Iridology is about using the irises as a reflex system to discover weaknesses in different areas and organs. Sometimes a toxic body might color blue eyes brown.
