    I see berries and corn mostly. Also watery poops. Any foods I can eat to improve digestion? Already eating carrot salad. For context I’m bulking and am eating at least 500 cals above maintenance each day

      @Goonster indigestion

      increase stomach acid by increasing sodium intake, fat soluble vitamins, protein, Thyroid, Zinc

      chew more and longer till you feel it nicely smoothing out in your mouth combined with all the good enzymes in the sticky saliva as if it's a mush

      try some raw milk or kefir or something mildly probiotic to stimulate bacterial movements and thus digestion

      go on a walk daily that helps me with digestion

      also coffee with sugar+baking soda

      and do Buteyko breathing https://normalbreathing.com

        Things like corn, lettuce, and berries appear in my stool when I have them. It's part of the reason why I don't eat veggies too often. Ask for berries like blackberries, I don't mind them not being digested as their seeds aren't supposed to be broken down completely anyways.
