Look at the insane nonsense he is spouting. A guy asked why he craved chocolate if it had copper in it which is a poison here is the enlightened response from Charlie. He basically says that you crave more poison the poison you have (copper being the poison) what utter and complete nonsense! Explain to me how that biological process works please.
Charlie is claiming that craving chocolate is a sign of copper toxicity?! What utter scientology backwards thinking is this. The guy seriously must be having a full on breakdown.
-
@Verdad Surely the craving would be for sugar, no.
I don't grab a piece of chocolate thinking yummy some copper, would ask him what he thinks about caffeine, but I already know the answer.
This is serial derangement -

What sort of dose are you on these days Jam? We had some good posts in the iodine threads.
Same old 3 drops of SSKI which equates to roughly 150mg of KI.
Yeah was some great info was posted about iodine, especially from Travis.

@brad is there any way to export this page somewhere? https://raypeatforum.com/wiki/index.php/Ray_Peat_Email_Exchanges
-
@ilovethesea I have a copy of that page in this
.zip
file: https://github.com/o1brad/peatbot-data -
@brad Is there a way to host it on a page here? I always found it to be a great reference for things Ray said, without having to wade through a bunch of forum comments.

Sounds like it's still working for you, I dropped the iodine/iodide while I tried NDT and some other supps to see if it helped another issue I was having. (I think it is very strongly suspected but not clinically confirmed excess B6)
I should get back on it.

@Not_James_Bond Obviously the craving is for sugar, he is completely out of touch with reality.

Is this new? Google result when searching for Ray Peat Forum. I hope Katherine has an attorney.

I think he is in the process of changing the name. The email announcements say Low Toxin Lifestyle as well now.
The only thing left is the domain. Which he is likely registering and wil then migrate the site.
And of course raypeatforum.com will then redirect to "Low Toxin Lifestyle"
That's just my assumption based on what I see so far.
-
It's important to realize Charlie's motivation for keeping the domain name is purely economical. The RPF gets a lot of traffic from google searches, and this converts to sales of his "Health Natura" as well as subscriptions. He is using all the content generated by the users to drive his profit.
He won't change the URL. He will keep profiting off Ray's work (nothing wrong with doing this legitimately) while subverting Ray's ideas.

Ok, so it's already been established that the Lion King and Mosaic01 are one and the same. Right? So, doesnt this seem a bit deceitful? (Read the first post by M and the one right under it by C.)
-
@S-Holmes Not the same person. Their writing styles and intelligence levels are totally different.
-
Anyone else?
-
@S-Holmes Agree with Light. Mosaic01 has written posts Charlie couldn't write even with the help of an AI.
-
@TheSir I'm hoping others who were in the discussion about this a few days ago will also chime in. If this isn't Mr LK I stand corrected.

i donät believe it's him, there are several incongruent points in post history if you look back far enough.
i joked in another thread that at this rate that board is going to be admin and his 3-4 alts, and while creating alt accounts years in advance and leaving contradictory information to hide your trail is not outside the scope of anyone with a reasonable level of cognition, it is outside the scope of the admin of that board.
the better question is where these people even came from, suddenly out of nowhere. i was thinking earlier as well, the reason so many people on that board seem utterly incapable of using rays ideas as a framework in which they are highly adaptable is because many of them only discovered peat from that matt stone fella or some other fad blogger. these fellas are doomed to toil hopping from one pole to another looking for the solution, suffice to say anyone providing a holistic framework (ray) will just be distilled to "just tell me how much food and what food to stuff in my stupid mouth".
i will say in terms of being used as an archive, that board is second to none. of course, you have the early posters to thank for the high quality of information, and some have switched over to this board, thankfully. hopefully more soon.

@yerrag Mind your manners, boy!
If only you can stop and think and look at yourself in the mirror once in a while, you would start healing your own tendency to inflate yourself to lofty heights and keep looking down on people whose ideas and experiences do not conform to yours, and you could even be wrong.
Stop to think your own context is not everybody's.
Stop saying your one experience is that of the majority.
Not all are fooled by your pomposity though many would because your air of confidence makes up for your lack of understanding.
With all due respect, your highness!

Has this guy always been a complete loon or is there a possibility of outside interference? Perhaps some of the older RPF members who were somewhat closer to the 'lion' would care to speculate. As an outsider, it seems that his behaviour has changed radically in the past months.
