I somehow missed all that drama...probably busy with new grandbabies. Lol
-
a woman in one of the low toxin groups (Betsy) just successfully reversed a hysterectomy that was performed in 2002 by using a witches brew of granny smith rinds and black beans (but NOT green beans!!!!).
thank you Dr Smith.

@Truth said in New "Mission" of RPF:
Hi, according to Charlie, it's no longer allowed on the "Ray Peat" forum to share "pro vitamin A studies."
To then say it's an essential nutrient
This is not the official stance of the forum, it is Charlie's personal belief, 99.99% of the people on the forum do not share this idea, neither does Ray Peat,
Charlie you can and should remove the name "Ray Peat" from the name of the site, because it is not allowed to share studies that correspond to Ray's ideas, in this case it is only allowed to share studies if they correspond and are not in contradiction with your personal beliefs
after he was exposed, charlie backtracked his claims and says he now agrees again that people can share pro vitamin A studies on the forum
-
@Truth Shame. The forum would look much more like a cult that way, and the traffic would die down quicker. Being reasonable is going to keep sick people showing up to the RPF instead of other, more well-rounded places.
-
The avalanche had already snowballed. Charlie running for his life. And acting now like a gentleman. Praising realneat for being gentlemanly.
While before he wasn't praising the gentlemen whom he banned.
Saving face and acting too late and doing too little.
Realneat- nice try for a purple heart award from charlie!

When we search for "Ray peat" forum on the search engine, charlie has changed the description to:
"Ray Peat Forum: Interweaving Low-Toxin Lifestyle Approaches, Toxic Bile Theory Insights, and Ray Peat's Research Contributions." (Charlie has claimed recently that Raymond's ideas are mostly toxic and harmfull)
While intentionally linking in second just below the "Ray peat" forum name, the second page of a thread speculating on Raymond Peat's death, absolutely no links to articles, interviews, research or contributions from Raymond Peat. Vicious
-
@Truth
This is just so evil to put Ray Peat death thread there, crazy, from a guy with "god".
Like my grandmother said "god is in your heart" "in your behaviour". -
This post is deleted! -
@yerrag His ego is off the charts!!! Fck him for praising how that guy talked to him. So he gets to gleefully piss on Ray’s grave and pull a bait and switch to sell out the forum to Garrett Smith... but god forbid we don’t use the right “tone” to address him.
-
Look at the forum list now... charlie’s low toxin spam at the top and even Grant and Garrett get their own subforums above the Ray Peat section. What a disgrace 🤮
-
I don't think it's even his religious fanaticism that rankles me, more his duplicitous streak. The constant gaslighting about the need to enforce ethics while displaying less than a used car salesman. It seems this is pretty common among mormons in business, a bunch of snakes and crooks.
He acts like a typical BPD nightmare of a person. He's probably never got over Ray's comments about christians were historically some of the worst people on the planet.
-
@ilovethesea Meanwhile they're insulting @yerrag in his own thread and praising the ban.
Also, Charlie breaks his own Rules:
j. Use of AI.
When he posted a hilariously bad speech by ChatGPT.
k. Disparaging of forum.
When he disparages Ray Peat and forum members
b Harassment of other users, name calling, etc.
When he permits insulting @yerrag's character, etc.
-
-
@Hando-Jin They even admit Garrett Smith is bad at presenting evidence and making arguments when @haidut retorts their claims. In other words, their own guru is stupid and slow by their own confession.

Thanks. for sharing. I didn't get to go back to read these, so they are new to me. I know it's easy to assassinate someone's character when one knows the subject cannot respond. It happens all the time after one leaves a company he used to work in, or after one dies. It's par for the course. I learned that early and I'm never going to repeat that mistake in judgment. Some people you just never know who they really are. But saying that, just one post said about me by a person may still be well-intended even though the way it was said could be seen as derogatory without much more context to it. Some people are impulsive in mouthing off and what they say wouldn't come out right. So all is good with these people. Some of them are already with us in this forum. Glad to have them here as well.

@S-Holmes I'm pretty sure mosaic01 is not Charlie. I exchanged a few DMs with mosaic in DMs back in 2016, and he's not from the US and he messaged me because I'm from the same country as he is. He was super nice and very intelligent.
-
@Melora
@S-Holmes
@ilovethesea Yesterday Charlie said this;After further consideration, I am retracting my stance on not allowing pro "vitamin A" studies
Thank you. You made the right choice.It is still my position that if "vitamin A" is needed, it is such a small amount, avoiding it as much as possible will yield great results so that accumulation does not come into play. I have seen this work for myself, and many others. In the coming months as we move closer to a low toxin lifestyle the results will speak for themselves. I have no doubt, in the future, as a group we will understand that this was a great move as many will start reaping the benefits of this newfound knowledge.
Interesting

We can definitely rule out Charlie then.

@Luke Do you think Charlie might be suffering with andropause?, I know some people believe there is no such thing, but of late he seems to have mellowed (a bit). It's interesting as now he letting pro Vit A studies on the forum................Dunno
