It is still my position that if "vitamin A" is needed, it is such a small amount, avoiding it as much as possible will yield great results so that accumulation does not come into play. I have seen this work for myself, and many others. In the coming months as we move closer to a low toxin lifestyle the results will speak for themselves. I have no doubt, in the future, as a group we will understand that this was a great move as many will start reaping the benefits of this newfound knowledge.

@Luke Do you think Charlie might be suffering with andropause?, I know some people believe there is no such thing, but of late he seems to have mellowed (a bit). It's interesting as now he letting pro Vit A studies on the forum................Dunno

It's ridiculous. Ray Peat has mentioned Vitamin A in many of his articles (that come with references to studies). That means that you can get banned from Ray Peat Forum for posting an article by Ray Peat. Let that sink in.

He has mellowed? I looked up that term in two dictionaries (English isn't my native language), but there must be another definition, because mellow is the exact opposite of how I perceive Charlie as of late. He has become an insane tyrant.

I don't think he is going to change the name. He has already threatened people for suggesting it and he's still claiming that this "toxic bile theory" is a continuation of Ray's work.

He is running a standard entryist playbook:

Identify a respected institution.
Enter it under a guise of supporting its goals.
Take over.
Gut it from the inside.
Use the respectable brand name and any resources left for your own goals.

Charlie is basically Puzzle the donkey from CS Lewis' Last Battle, doing the bidding of a greedy, ruthless ape (Garrett Smith) while wearing a lion/God skinsuit.

@Peatful Yeah, that header=The Toxic Ray Peat Diet & Lifestyle is plain 'nasty', there is no diet, just principles and what the hell did Charlie know of his lifestyle, heck I don't think he ever met the Man!

FACT. I'm torn between pity for the man and outrage at his treatment of those who disagree with him. If he does soften toward those expressing opposing opinions, hats off to all here who fell on their swords for resisting a tiny tyrant and teaching him a valuable lesson.

Seems like Charlie is really backpedaling. He knows if he loses the RP people, this forum will fall apart. You are now "allowed to respectfully disagree" with VA toxicity.

He backtracks mainly and/or totally because we expose his actions, the same for Georgi's ban, for the change on pro vitamin A studies, the change of description below the forum name, he just reacts to the negative consequences for him and fears those to come, he knows that the ideas for which a major part come on the forum are those of Raymond Peat, Georgi "haidut", he knows that Raymond Peat disapproves of this forum and that he said in 2018 that the forum seems to have become a deliberate source of false information about him and progest-E, that the people who were most in contact with Raymond Peat, including Danny, Georgi "haidut" disapprove of the forum and/or charlie's bad moderation and bad actions, that the majority of active members disapprove of the forum and/or charlie's bad moderation and bad actions,

he knows that on his own he has 0 influence because his claims are mostly just repetitions of Garett's claims, and that his own thoughts aren't clear enough in his own head to the point of needing to use chatgpt to try to write decent messages, which end up being meaningless messages where hardly anyone responds except to point out that it is A.I. generated

He won't be able to do anything about what's to come about him and against him informatively and legally

What a joke. The place is unrecognizable. Every negative symptom they're now having is classified as 'detox' and when the current theory isn't sufficient to explain their symptoms they just throw in some random explanatory theory from somebody else.
