Hi,
There is no real peaty diet, even if you can find some receipts on internet (book pretended oriented peaty way).
However we can still say if a meal is more or less peaty, on the way it contains pro-metabolic foodstuff.
Remind that any types of food and quantity doesn’t suit for a low or a weak metabolism, the way you metabolize and expend energy.
Now, if you limit the question to fat or fruit, we could go further. -
