acquiring Ivermectin in the UK

Any recommendations for how is best to get Ivermectin in the UK? The horse paste seems easy to get from eBay, but the dosing worries me a bit. farmaciasdelnino.mx might work (customs could be an issue) and will take a long time.
I'm not even trying to cure cancer or anything I just have fucking scabies but the Dr won't prescribe anything other than ineffective permethrin cream.
