Hiiii everybody ^.^
I'm a 14m femboy, just started HRT after a month on 12.5 mg Cyproterone. I'm currently taking 2mg Estradiol daily via pill, and my Cyproterone dose was upped to 25mg. I've only been on Estradiol since Monday.
I only just started reading about Ray Peat, how could I incorporate his advice into my protocols?

Scrap everything.
High dose Andosterone + Pansterone.
Don't forget adequate vitamin A (remember to megadose this especially).
