100 mcg t3 thoughts?
-
I decided to follow some advice I heard suggesting that one should take a small amount of T3 whenever they feel cold. I’ve been doing this for a while, and I recently realized I’m taking 100 mcg or more per day.
I asked Gemini whether my extreme diet—8–12 liters of milk per day plus two heaped spoons of glucose added to every 450 ml—could prevent muscle catabolism. When I talked with Gemini 2.5, it said the idea was crazy, but that the amount of insulin and casein I was consuming might buffer the catabolic effects of T3. I took that information and continued, feeling fine and even getting stronger faster. I am gaining weight, though, because I’m still drinking milk with 1.5% fat (not ideal, but I’ve ordered skimmed lactose-free milk).
When Gemini 3.0 Pro was released, I asked again. This time it told me that T3 would burn me anyway.
what do yall think?

It's like pressing the accelerator in fourth gear without changing the engine speed. The engine will suffer. If you feel cold, it's precisely because your Yang energy is unbalanced. Yang is the energy that warms the body, circulates blood and lymph, and allows our organs to perform their functions of digestion, toxin elimination, and defense.
So I'd try first to optimize fluidity and protein ingestion at breakfast.
Acupressure on Point RP6It's not just your diet that can help you feel your best.
You can also use acupressure to warm up overall.
Point RP6 helps improve blood circulation. It's located three finger-widths above the ankle bone, on the inner side.

NB: There is more to say. Other clues. I won't trust ChatGPT or Gemini when thinking energy. -
@Peatful 1.Milk is easy to consume, lacking only a couple of minerals.

Why use sucrose when the only difference between the two is that sucrose needs an extra step to convert to glucose and fructose? Plus, fructose has a limited amount of transporters, and at the end of the line, the liver converts it to glucose anyway.

A long term diet

I dont, I just ask about biology stuff. I think everyone should, since we don't have the capability to recall knowledge like AI does. I give it my input and I still have my own ideas, but AI is great for understanding MOAs.

As I said before, I feel fine, and I am asking yall for opinions on this dietary choice
