100 mcg t3 thoughts?

I decided to follow some advice I heard suggesting that one should take a small amount of T3 whenever they feel cold. I’ve been doing this for a while, and I recently realized I’m taking 100 mcg or more per day.
I asked Gemini whether my extreme diet—8–12 liters of milk per day plus two heaped spoons of glucose added to every 450 ml—could prevent muscle catabolism. When I talked with Gemini 2.5, it said the idea was crazy, but that the amount of insulin and casein I was consuming might buffer the catabolic effects of T3. I took that information and continued, feeling fine and even getting stronger faster. I am gaining weight, though, because I’m still drinking milk with 1.5% fat (not ideal, but I’ve ordered skimmed lactose-free milk).
When Gemini 3.0 Pro was released, I asked again. This time it told me that T3 would burn me anyway.
