I didnt suggest grounding. Alcohol is poison in tiny amount independently of thyroid status, even when eating foods with tiny amount of it it can have impact, specifically on many things associated to pineal gland and "third eye". Make you more prone to negative feelings and thoughts, can destroy your dreams and watery feeling in the body, for 3 to 5 days.
VD can make you feel worst, the claim that VD and/or sunlight decalcify you isnt necessary true, both can have opposite effect and cause calcification symptoms, even when it doesnt cause pains/electrical symptoms

Can be much lower than 40, i think can be x4 less sele than that even in analysis. Recommanded daily amount are for "goy" maxing. I never got the effects i mentionned from eating brazil nuts
