Did you have some fun reading and reading around a sample of people claiming to be on a 'low vitamin a diet'.
I like the ketogenic crowd in particular. I'm going to try it for longer and more seriously this year. Enter and exit a few times in attempt to induce the 'keto flu'. Listen to a lot of music and record a lot of meta.

Is 6+ not enough, it seems fine. I'm still not calling it a 'diet' though, it's variable. And my meme is 'fakepeating'.
My thought forms around it changed too the more I read. They're all relative fluid balance and osmotics now.
I'm going to do some sustained keto soon, for science. There's too many people claiming a preference for it.
