Peaty protein bars. Why do these not exist?

I have eaten exactly zero (0) protein bars since I started Peating.
Why?
Turns out almost ALL of them are chock full of fat no matter the carb or sugar content. This is obviously an egregious violation of the Randle Cycle. The one bar I found that had very little fat but did have sugar was Built Puff, and they happen to have collagen too. However, those are pretty expensive, so I haven't had any for a long time.
Why are there no Peaty protein bars and what is stopping someone from cornering the market with them?

Well, to get a bar with peaty ingredients you would have to manage in this way:
- Fibber (veggie from corn salad / lamb lettuce for a soft touch): 50 g
- Coconut milk (200 ml)
- shredded coconut 2 tsp
- Macadamia nuts 3 (6 g)
- 1 mango (300 g) or one medium banana (150 g)
- Orange juice 500 ml
- Lemon juice ½ citrus fruit (35 ml)
- Ginger root 2 cm.
Put in a mixer 10’’
Pour into an ice cube tray and put in the fridge. It will go faster if the mango was from frozen cubes.
NB: It will remain a stick as long the temperature doesn’t go higher than 20° C.
I use it as a smoothie version ***Details for 100 ml

Now, I would normally agree 100% with this, the same exact kind of ignorance happens in other technical subjects too, but there are these "David" protein bars heavily marketed to gym-type people. Their big claim is that they are only 150 calories for 30g of protein. This is because the "fat" they use isn't actually digestible by us. This COULD in fact be Peaty, since there is no actual digestible fat, but I don't like them because that "fat" doesn't just disappear and you know what happens next in our digestive systems. Plus, they're super mega expensive too. But David bars demonstrate the idea that you can have a "for technical people" product and not be a complete flop. The big issue remaining is how to market them. Keto/low-carb is all the rage right now and who wants something that is the opposite?

make your own, or market your own.
the only good finds in this area I've seen are granola w/ berries or chocolate baked in coconut oil with little pufa or extra junk. it's surprisingly good even though the base assumption is that oats and grains are too starchy for regular "bioenergetic" eating.gelatin and egg would probably be good bases for other flavors. sort of like those RX bars minus the nuts, pufa and weird additives.

In the last smoothie, I added 2 tsp of collagen and a tsp (3 g) of bee bread. Fine. No need for extra sugar (honey).
Ah, I forgot: a very tiny pinch of salt.
Just before drinking, so apart, 2 drops on the tongue of black propolis extract. Fine at the autumn (immunity), for 2-3 months.
I won't try it with a bar, unless you add some oat (2 tbsp), 3 dates + a link (a tsp lecithin). But it's going to change the taste => *
For a better stand, some chocolate (200 g) with less orange juice (250 ml) (marriage). Cocoa powder (2tbsp) for health purpose. Not ideal (lack of fat to amalgam). I won't do that because you're going t bring some PUFA. Otherwise, cashew nuts are fine (2 tbsp). Soft taste. Not Peaty, as you know, because in excess. We are surrounded by PUFAs
Here we try to get carbs without starch, as low as possible in omega-6.
I drink / sip +/ 125-150 ml (4.5-5 oz.). The rest in the fridge. 6 portions. But too cold the next one. So, I "prepare" / pour one at breakfast, and left it on the table till the next collation.Edit 1
To get a "right raw bar" you have to use fibber and nuts. Sugar serves as a link. Impossible to do it without omega-6 but you can contain / limit them if you admit concession on the taste,, but not too much, provided you like dates.medjool dates 1/4
pecan nuts (or almonds) 1 /4
cashew nuts 1/4
butter 1/4 (ghee or coconut oil)
You can add some berries but moderate them: raisins (15' in water, no more). Fine with raw chocolate sparks (1 tbsp), to moderate the sweet, cloying aspect.I'd add some coconut milk but at very low level, needed to mix.
You need special knifes in your mixer when making butter from nuts. With pause, not to warm up.
You can also add some raw oat flakes (2 tbsp). Dried cranberries can be used to mitigate the sweetness, instead of raisins. A banana would be fine too.
Put it 4 hours in the fridge to make it harder (coco) before cutting portions.Edit 2
I've made another recipe, without dates and nearly no W6 (1.1 g / bar), with 150 g macadamia, 50 g pecan nuts; a banana, cranberries, orange peel and coconut flakes for fibbers; pear & apple syrup, coconut oil (or ghee) and possibly 2 tbsp oat flakes (if required) as a link. Additional ingredients: 250 mg Vit C and salt. Collagen powder in option for more proteins.
10 bars of 50 g each. (+/ 2 oz. in real)
Per 50 g bar:
205 kcal/kJ/cal
P 2.2 g L 17/6.1 g G 10.8/2.9 g
W6 1.1 g (W3/W6 ratio 1/10)
If I add 4 tsp of collagen (20 g) to balance: P 3.8 g L 17/6.1 g G 13.5/2.9 g
Note: 13.5 g – 2.9 g = 10.6 g of net carbs.

Not a protein bar, but I’ve used homemade gummy bears (gelatin, juice, honey or sugar, salt) as a Peaty substitution while mountain climbing or running errands.
