Check out the probiotic mentioned in @lobotomize 's thread from a couple of weeks ago:

      https://bioenergetic.forum/topic/9002/growing-taller-potential-studies

      B. lactis BL-11

Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BL-11 promotes height growth in children.<<

Personally i'd be wary of certain hormones and certain less studied substances. Less would be more for a teenager in good health. Certain other things do come to mind though like calcium, k2, boron ( very low dose or in foods), D3, mag.

And almost forgot, yes, be sure to keep a doctor in the loop.

@alfredoolivas I am taking him to get bloodwork soon and looking at t3, rt3 and t4 his tsh Isnt low its just slightly. Peat recommended pregnenlone and t3 in another developing male to “extend” growing years and get rid of estrogen.

@williambjr yeah but 75mcg is wayyyyy too much for a 15 year old. It's probably catabolic at those doses

                  Hello

                  Terrible advice here
                  Sorry

                  He is not eating enough
                  And taking too many supplements

                  Peating is about mitochondrial respiration
                  About a youthful metabolism

                  Let him eat freely
                  No PUFA
                  Again
                  I can’t emphasize this enough
                  Let him eat abundantly
                  A healthy appetite

                  Not restricted
                  No orthorexia
                  And at 15
                  No exogenous hormones

The further society drifts from the truth the more it will hate those who speak it.

Without any more information this is FUD. Its possible to have not enough of a certain hormone even if you're otherwise very healthy and pro metabolic.
