@engineer just because you're not degenerating doesn't mean your getting gainz. Very large distinction

@engineer lapodin and ketoP4 are not the same. Any time I've seen 6KetoP4 in compounds for bodybuilders it was an absurd amount. I've taken haidut's formula and didn't notice any muscle building effects

Here's my advice to build muscle from someone who's gone to the gym for over 20 years.

          -Lift regularly and consistently
          -Eat saturated fat
          -Use gelatin plentifully
          -Drink milk

If you do this for a year and don't see growth, take testosterone

@risingfire what is "an absurd amount" here?

Oh, I'm already taking 25mg a day of the Idealabs version

It has been theorized that testosterone and dht exert anabolic effects through the inhibition of stress signaling pathways and receptors within muscle tissue

@risingfire I have made massive gains (almost at the level of r slash nattyorjuice), but I can't say how much of it is due to 6-keto-p4, this, or a Peaty diet. I was already making big gains when I started Peating and was only doing 6-keto-p4 in 15-20mg. Also, a couple days ago I bumped up the 6-keto-p4 dose to 30mg, and I don't want to increase it further until I either get it in bulk (see related thread) or allocate enough funds to comfortably go wild and try something like 40-60mg. On the plus side though, I can really feel the effects of suppressed cortisol, and doing 60mg with Idealabs would "only" be $2433 a year, downright cheap if your health is priceless, and very cheap compared to some other more toxic cortisol blockers made for gainz and nothing else (looking at you, T and DHT derivatives) both in upfront cost and the risk of dangerous downstream effects. The mad gainz I've gotten are in fact merely a bonus; I only got 6-keto-p4 to block cortisol because I have had chronic stress bad enough to cause hair loss. Thanks to the cortisol blocking plus all the other bioenergetic stuff I'm doing the hair loss appears to have halted and is slowly growing back!

@lobotomize for dht? please share the studies because the consensus seems to be that dht is not anabolic, but I would love to see otherwise
