In animals, not having enough silicon in the diet has stunted growth.

@sunsunsun @davidps Sunsunsuns' grandpa raised those chickens. I heard from a reliable source that he has a casket lined with silicone, to mog in the after life.

So 21 + 14 + 3 = 38mg. I think silicon maxxing at the expense of milk would be counteractive for my transformation into moggy chicken. So this level shouldn't make me deficient and is a good compromise, because oats can be made using milk (porridge).
Though I am worried excess opiods from beer.

@sunsunsun perhaps a silicon supplement is suitable, but most use silicon dioxide (not bioavaliable, and nano particles can cause serious issues) and the ones that use orthosililic acid are pretty low dose.
This one doesn't use sililic acid but monomethylsilanetriol - I don't know how much sililic acid this converts into, but it is effective in raising silicon levels. Though I read something about safety concers.
Fiji water is probably the best supplement but it's not available in supermarkets in the EU, but aquiring it would be an easy mog.

What about some cups of horsetail (equisetum) tea every day?There was some controversy about the volvic water in that it used to be better. Reportedly their silicic acid content greatly changed because they expanded the sources they draw from. I also think it used to taste different 15-20years ago but that's super subjective.

Horse tail and any other solid food/supplement, contains silica in the form of silicon dioxide. All plant silica is hydrated apprently, so it should absorb well.

@alfredoolivas you're right, I've mixed things up. The reports weren't on silicone but other, much less tangible changes of volvic properties. Like a unique bacterial profile, perhaps even phages. Or something special about the polymeric silicone structure. They've implemented filtering methods which probably also influenced those (Volvic used to contain much greater (elevated) amounts of arsenic and they've brought that down to now <5mcg/l).
