Energy and fatigue and b vitamins
-
So when I initially took life blue energi + b vitamin I was so stimulated I felt like I was on speed. (1 capsule) I reduced the dose and worked up slowly. I can now take a full capsule but I think it makes me soooooo tired. I sleep so well when I take it but feel like I need to have a 3 hour nap in the day. I'm used to being hyper wired so it feels nicer than that but gosh its exhausting.
It's also way more prominent post ovulation so I wonder if it related to oestrogen and histamine?
Has anyone else delt with this? I feel like b vitamins help me but I'm missing something. Maybe because my gut is still not great...

Have been doing different B combos for many years, there were times where the same happened to me, and every time the issue was the brand of B complex or it's dosing.
If i have your vitamin brand right then i see two things, that may be too much Niacinamide for you personally, and it's low dose of a Thiamine form that doesn't readily cross the bb barrier. You can go light and easy by halving your dose and adding 50-100mg Thiamine HCL, monitor how you feel, adjust slowly & accordingly.

@BioEclectic Thanks for sharing your experience. I ordered the seeking health methyl free b but I will try what you've suggested. I do take extra thiamine (benfo 200mg) with it so I'll half the capsule and see how I go.
I actually took some beef organ capsules (liver, kidney and heart) and stopped the lifeblud b the last couple of days (kept the benfothiamine) and have felt a lot better the last 3 days thankfully

I have had the same issue with not just B vitamins but also any pro metabolic supplement like pyrucet. The trick is to both take the vitamins with lots of carbs and to also increase carb intake in the hours after, since your glucose oxidation will be ramped up and your blood sugar will plummet easier, leading to the fatigue you describe.
