A mixture of 65% pear, 25% sweet lime, and 10% coconut water has been shown in studies to boost alcohol-metabolizing enzymes, specifically increasing Alcohol Dehydrogenase (ADH) by ~23% and Aldehyde Dehydrogenase (ALDH) by ~70%. This combination supports faster breakdown of toxic acetaldehyde, potentially reducing hangover symptoms like headache and nausea.

Lowering rancid pufa oil intake, increasing metabolic rate/t3 for faster detoxifcation and enzyme activity, redlight therapy and regular consumption of this mixture could be a great way to lower aldehydes in the body.

Also seen some tweets on research showing coconut water can improve mitochondrial function and improve glucose metabolism. Could be a potential reason behind its aldh enhancing properties as oxidative metabolism/mitochondrial function is extremely important for aldh

Got it: Keeping to piña coladas, caipirinhas and pear nectar tequila or gin henceforth!
                Good call!

Or do these ingredients indeed require a mutually synergistic blend?
