Best thyroid type in context of combining with hormones?
-
Hello all, am hoping for any and all advice here. A 50's male simply looking for an overall manly boost.
Will soon try 11-Keto DHT, will combine it with low dose Pregnenolone, DHEA, Androsterone, and down the road some Progesterone.
Am wondering which thyroid type would more likely boost benefits in this context? NDT, synthetic T4+T3 or synthetic T3 only?
I realize there's likely no clear cut answer, subjective opinions are welcome. i would start with low dose thyroid and up the dose extremely slowly. Am not a first timer btw and am not hypothyroid.

hypothyroid.
Don't go hyper thyroid. People act like it's fun lol. It's completely different to being hyperandrogenic or hyperdopaminergic.

Understood, and thank you, will follow that wisdom. Low and slow.
If i may ask, and if it were you, which thyroid type would you choose? Reasons why aren't necessary,

T3. It made me incredibly catabolic. And it's effects on fat loss were dissapointing. I really didn't benefit from it at all. Now, I use 50-75mcg t4. Feeling and looking much better.
Considering your gender and your steroid protocol, you probably will convert t4 fine if you want to consider that.

In light of this, and prior experience, will go with NDT. It's a more rounded product with other components including T1, T2, Calcitonin etc.
Appreciate the input @alfredoolivas as it made me view things differently!
