Vit D3 in Milk is Fish Oil
-
Major black-pill.
Pretty sure every milk sold in conventional stores is required to have added vitamins A & D in the USA. -
@gg12 no it's not, I've gotten the actual formula, it's the same d3 supplement powder sold in supplement capsules or tablets or liquid and mixed with some dispersant so it spreads evenly in the milk. iiirc it's usually silicon dioxide and some poly glycol or whatever. it's minuscule amounts. no company is adding fish oil to milk unless it specifically says, because it is probably way more expensive than the powder supplement d3

The milk would taste like fish oil. Like, how would they even mask that? lol. such a ridiculous notion.

@gg12 source plz

@gg12 do you know how much fish oil costs
