Theoric elements such as solanine dont matter, perfect foods are those that you enjoy and make you feel good. Most orange juices are slop and histamine isnt the reason, reason is most.oranges are suboptimally ripe
Pure sugar(crystaline sugar) and even honey to some degree for most people is depleting slop

Muscle meat is very good and rice is causing fermenatation only in presence of sweet fruits (sugar + fermentable fiber) from previous meals.
Milk is good to put me into coma when trying to fall sleep -
there are lots of perfect foods all these issues you have made are meaningless in context of mogging , people who mog have high metabolisms and all these irritants dont matter
