@loess do you know of any other NDT sources like LGS? I always hated how it's so hard to find pure NDT in bulk yet the only good source is from the killer of Ray Peat Forum.

It’s probably fine if that’s all you have access to, but it’s not standardized so you don’t know what you’re getting for hormones from batch to batch, which makes dosing nearly impossible. If you have access to fish heads or chicken necks with intact thyroid glands, you may find that more cost-effective.
