One of the least problematic meals for me.
      Heck even beneficial.
      I do 2 cups of a2 milk
      salt
      2/3 cup oat bran
And then some blue berries and honey.
Feel super calm and relaxed, A bowel movement consistently follows about 20 minutes later.
Even though I thought I had issues with lactose the milk in my oat bran causes zero issue.
Now, not sure what to do about lunch..............

OK but don't forget potassium since oat is very high in oxalates (lithiasis). Take a fruit before. Not always blueberries. Alternate.
If you take it with milk, it could do the job (chelation), provided you get 4x more Ca tan Ox.
