      @engineer bodybuilders are now starting to realise how powerful it is in low doses. Vigorous Steve was the one that put me onto this a year ago. It’s 8x more anabolic than testosterone, so of course they will abuse it and inject more.

        Lowers prolactin and GH as well as insulin the most.

          It decreases faty acid synthase, ACC in liver, adipose and muscle and LIPOLYSIS IN ADIPOSE TISSUE. It increases lipolysis in the liver and muscle, but allows adipose tissue to not release FFA into the blood!

                decreases FFA " Plasma triglyceride concentrations in all

                  "TB A also had no effect on either the digestibility or metabolizability of the energy in the diet, or on the total energy retained by the two experimental groups...there were significant differences in the way this energy was partitioned for growth between treated and control animals. "

                  It doesn't cause fat loss via increasing metabolism?

                      200mg TBA implant given once every 56 days with a 60 day withdrawal period.

                      I am not going to even estimate the amount of tren built up and released lol

                      But that is 3.57mg TBA (2.85mg elemental weight) every day given to Heifers, with a 60 day withdrawal period.

                      French were giving 5mg a day to 65kg humans XDXD.
                      Bro if 2.85mg of trenbolone can do this to a HEIFER after 60 days of no tren then imagine what 5mg does to a human @engineer

                        I think tren only cycles may be good, because OVX with tren was often more effective than tren by itself.

                        Lowering endogenous sex steroids like progesterone, estradiol and test WITH tren can be even more anti-lipolitc.

                              @sunsunsun What are your questions?

                              It's really effective in quite low doses. Heifer to HED dose is pretty similar. If 2.85mg of TBA a day (the estimated amount when they were slaughtered) had 28% less FAS, smaller fat cells or 700mcg doses having 63% less GR expression & less cortisol, 2mg having 75% less GR in rats. It also decreases FFA & Lipolysis in fat, whilst having these moderate fat loss effcts in these low doses, which is quite rare.

                                Trenboloen decreases aromatase:

                                " The results indicated that 17β-trenbolone exposure decreased the number of primordial germ cells at 1 dpf and 3 dpf, decreased expression of ovarian differentiation-related genes foxl2 and cyp19a1a at 60 dpf, increased expression of testis differentiation-related genes dmrt1"

                                "Cyp19a1a (cytochrome P450, family 19, subfamily A, polypeptide 1a) is a crucial gene in teleost fish that encodes gonadal aromatase, an enzyme responsible for converting androgens into estrogens to drive ovarian development."

                                    Decreases metabolic rate. This could be becayse they were eating less. T3 dropped by 0.3. So it doesn't cause fat loss by increasing metabolism. Mifeprestone also doesn't increase the metabolic rate and causes weight loss, so it could be due to supression of lipogenic pathways and less appetiete
