@alfredoolivas Don't know where you're getting your info on RU486 but according to its wikipedia page it doesn't have Ethyl on 17-A, it has 1-propynyl.

Corticosterone binds to the GR in hepatoma cells as MORE than cortisol.
So at least in rat liver cancer cells, trenbolone has an equal affinity as cortisol on the GR, antagonising it.

Currently doing 75mg tren hex 1x every 5 days IM, rather than subcutaneous. So far have administered 225mg so far this way. With the 75mg tren hex every 10 days before hand (subcutaneous).

So far have noticed increased sex drive and motivation. Strength has remained the same. Weight loss has interestingly stalled. More muscle? More glycogen? Idk. Not really concerned so far. Have been living a very diffferent life this week. Not my usual routine.

Another theoretical mechanism of the reduction in cortisol is that tren increases oxytocin, up to 50 fold. Oxytocin reduces cortisol in humans.

Also a mechanism that explains the mass anecdotal reports of increased prolactin. Which any logical person would be fine with. Jaja. Just kidding 😉

Okay the speculation of trenbolone being 8x as anabolic as testosterone (that I may of said?), may be true. According to the “Anabolics 11th Edition”, trenbolone is 5x as anabolic as nandrolone acetate. Therefore, using Vigorous’ “dubious maths” it is 6x as anabolic as testosterone.

Given that in humans, it was given at 75mg hex ester every 2 weeks, it’s totally plausible. 225mg every week of T for a burn patient doesn’t seem crazy. Nandrolone decanoate is given at 100mg a week. That’s 125mg T a week in terms of matching anabolism

So for those reading, tren is approximately 6-8x as anabolic as testosterone
