Low dose androsterone

im starting this thread to discuss the possibility of using androsterone at a low dose over a long period without causing suppression.
im considering trying it primarily for wellbeing, emotional stability, and confidence at work. i work in retail and face hundreds of customers every day, so i deal with all kinds of personalities. My hope is that low-dose androsterone might help me stay calmer, more confident, and less emotionally reactive.
im specifically looking for anecdotal reports from people who have used androsterone by itself (not stacked with other hormones) for 1–3 months at low doses (around 1–2 mg).
i know there could be other alternatives but i specifically chose androsterone because im also looking for the androgenic effects.
if you've done this, id appreciate hearing about:
your dose
method of administration
how long you used it
benefits you noticed
any side effects
whether you experienced any signs of hormonal suppression or problems after stoppingmy current plan is 1 mg, three times per week, for about 2 months, then reassess based on how i respond.
im interested in hearing both positive and negative experiences. thank you!

@Alsulaimani You produce those amounts (0.42mg a day) probably in an hour endogenously, so save your money and your anxiety on other things.

Was going to say that this a job for high quality pregnenolone.
@alsulaimani , most of the pregnenolone on the market is reported to be impure junk that won't work as expected. One of the precious few products we can recommend with a degree of confidence is from Haidut's store.
You may also want to try cycling thru a few magnesium forms till you find one that hits you the right way. For myself the Mag sulfate, bicarbonate, hydroxide and chloride forms make me care much less about negative comments from people, but there are limits. Small doses throughout the day work well for me. Calcium is calming for some so maybe take a tiny bit along with your Mag for proper mineral balance.
Androsterone in low-mid doses makes me very outspoken, that may not be good in a retail environment. It does feel good though.
Haidut's 11-keto-DHT product reminds me of a stronger pregnenolone and i can even feel it lowering the cortisol response of too much morning coffee on an empty stomach. But personally i'd start on Pregnenolone and Mag and test that protocol for a few weeks.
