Tidbits on manganese toxicity. I think anyone should be concerned on consuming large amounts of it, which is easy if you are a fellow autist that is prone to consuming stupid amounts of foods like pineapple or orange juice.
"In the rat, the half-lives of 16 brain regions are between 52 and 74 days [6]."`
"Mn concentrations in the cerebrospinal fluid, however, continued to increase even at the eight week. It is possible that a slow elimination of Mn from the cerebrospinal fluid may contribute to the high level of Mn in the brain "

Progesterone actually has amazing solubility in oils! No other solvents used. Testosterone is okay too! Hydrated is the stuff you find in the store

â Immature green tomatoes contain a low free glutamate content of about 20 mg per 100 grams.â
This is the definition of a tidbit

@alfredoolivas their example sounds weird
wouldn't less finely granulates not fit ??? like you scoop some coarse ground brown sugar. you then mill it and it will fit back in the spoon with room to spare because now the sugars are smaller and sit closer together. more powder fits than the same weight crystals because the crystals take up more room because there is more space between them.
idk

@sunsunsun i see your point, but it's still useful and true, no matter the reason, it's facts. good harm reduction.

sugar gets fluffier
other supplements can pack more closely together -
@sunsunsun Yeah but the point is that the spoons are inaccurate for the exact reason you mentioned XD as well as density etc
