@hcwilliams hi, high refined sugar/honey diet is bad. Can you expend on the subpar health attributes you are experiencing?

I have noticed an immediate increase in warmth from adding in more fat. I think this will be a nice tool to have in the toolbox until I can get pufa stores down

@hcwilliams for most people/ if not all people eating high amount of refined sugar will limit the degree of well being and energy they can reach/or worsen it as refined sugar is depleting. Can you expend on your diet prior to adding the fat, and wich subpar health attributes you are trying to improve beside blood sugar régulation?

              I could agree with that

Fruits, milk, liver, oysters, gelatin soups, cheese, eggs, maybe some shrimp and butter
              Fat content was usually <60g

To be frank, blood sugar regulation is very broad as is. No matter what dose of thyroid medication i would use, as soon as it wore off or as soon as i ran out of fuel, id be met with stress symptoms which would antagonize my thyroid. So for two years i was stagnant with progress. Increasing fat has allowed my body a prolonged use of carbohydrate to pseudo solve the issue

In my weightloss experience milk is really difficult to get right.
If i drink milk it usually makes me gain weight.
However there is a way to drink tons of milk and lose weight.
It s blending it with lots of ice and sugar until creamy.
                I lost 10kg this way.
But after sometime it may cause bad breath. I am still not aware what would be the best way to treat the bad breath problem but it seems to go away if i eat raw fat.

Another way to explore is food temperature. I find myself having greater result blending fruits with ice or freezing them and then blending in with milk. Theres a great amount of effort that i am dedicating to understand how the temperature alters food quality and health benefits.

My path gravitated towards this direction because i once ate lots of almost frozen watermelon in a cold winter day and it made me go to the baththroom, cleaned my guts, lost all stomach bloatedness, felt extremely light(weight) and got extremely hunger even thought i had eaten almost half frozen watermelon. It probably lowered my glicemia.
I think cold food lowers glicemia.

Tradicional chinese medicine may be interesting to study someday. It has classifications on on foods (cold, neutral, hot) and their benefits, when to eat then, which organs are affected by what.

Another take of mine is that to improve gut health and overcome constipation cold food (not liquid, probably fibers) may be a good path to experiment.

Regarding energy and crashing, to me eating ice cubes with a little salt seems to make me alert.

There are other ideas regarding salt, ice, coldness and the blessed water (i am not doing tests with blessed water yet).
