A whole new wave of fitness influencers in tik tok are emerging and a few of them seem to have been influenced by Peat.
Tik tok has the ability to reach a much wider audience than almost any other platform and the younger generation are being influenced.
I personally got into this world as a teen with acne and I was watching that YouTube fitness guy Christopher Walker and he mention Ray Peat as an influence. Wanting to get to the source of the information I came across Danny Roddy’s channel as well and continued from there. So fair to say that the intuitive in nature will dig deeper.
