Any recommendations on low excipient magnesium glycinate tablets? I don't want powder because the smell and taste is abominable.

RE: Is Sam Sulek ugly gymcel cope being passed off as "based and sigma"?
I like Sam. He's a just young guy that absolutely loves everything bodybuilding, you only need to watch one of his videos to see he has a real passion for lifting. It's endearing.
Young people like him because he's huge, good meme material, and plays clash royale. He's relatable like that.
I'm worried he'll go the way of Zyzz though, he looks horrendously unhealthy.

RE: "Fat Free" Short grain rice and skimmed milk diet highly effective for fat loss
@GuantanamO-Shea doing something similar at the moment to lean out a bit. I've cut out most fat apart from some egg and coconut oil, removing all cheese (I was eating a lot) from my diet and replacing whole milk with skim. I'm seeing really good results already without feeling too hungry or struggling with lifts in the gym.

@Atlas Tesco also has great grano padano under their own name brand. Their brie is also really nice.
I'd also like to find a cheap source of aspirin without any nonsense added, although to be honest I don't feel any issues with the supermarket stuff.

UK Specific Supplements & Food
It always seems a little harder to find quality supplements in the UK so this thread might help some of us stuck on this island.
Here are a few I've found and been impressed with:
Vitamin E. Full spectrum of mixed tocopherols and tocoretinols in an extra virgin olive oil tablet.
Glycine powder. Nothing added, made in Germany.
Vitamin D + K2 MK4. Super hard to find good MK4 here. This is a thorne brand supplement in MCT oil.
USP Grade Methylene blue. I've not tried this myself as I'm still cautious of MB but this is USP grade and very cheap.

RE: Supplements that have ruined your health
Didn't ruin my health but taking even a tiny dose of taurine before bed gave me such bizzare and intense dreams I couldn't sleep properly. It also made me completely confused when I woke up, like the dreams wouldn't stop for a few minutes.
No issues taking it in the morning with coffee though.

RE: Twitter HATE thread
Somehow despite blocking every single one I see more and more bowtied accounts keep on appearing.
