@cremes I've already essentially done that the past two weeks. My diet right now is basically fruit, dairy, some semi processed meat, and oysters from cans currently, and will soon have ground beef in there as a protein source (moved and had no dishes so waiting to get some delivered to actually be able to cook again). What would recommend while I'm depleting PUFA to do next? Ideally I want to try to help put together a sort of standard takeoff list to share eventually.

Order of Operations for healing Metabolism
I'm trying to figure out where to start. Obviously I want to correct nutritional deficiencies, fix gut health problems, optimize my nutrition for best metabolism, and get my thyroid in it's most healthy state. I just don't know the order and how to do it!
My mind goes to gut health fixing first, then deficiencies, then a wider array of foods, and then thyroid tuning at the end.
Are there any good guides for gut healing? My stomach hurts all of the time and I have bad BMs + GERD constantly.

RE: Sigma-Aldrich
@basebolt I have no idea. I know there's some guy who produces some kind of mass spec reports for these kinds of things, but I would shoot for USP grade of anything you put in your body AT MINIMUM

RE: Sigma-Aldrich
Look for "USP grade" as the quality signifier. This is what you would get over the counter in terms of testing for contaminants, while not using fillers etc that are typically in normal pills for aspirin and no heavy metal contaminants for the progesterone.

RE: Constant Overstimulated feeling
@Mulloch94
I had slightly high cholesterol and TSH w/T4 reflex at 3.29 when I got bloodwork last. I guess I could do it but idk it weirds me out without a lot of background knowledge and the availability for tight testing intervals -
RE: Constant Overstimulated feeling
@Mulloch94 My diet is terrible, and I have essentially no appetite these days. I assume I'm probably subclinical hypothyroid, but I don't know a way to raise it without supplementing thyroid hormones which I DO NOT want to do.

Constant Overstimulated feeling
Hey,
I have a lot of gut health issues I am working on putting together a plan to address, but I was looking for pointers on a specific issue.
Frequently, I feel incredibly over stimulated. Not necessarily anxious, but a constant desire to move and sometimes weird little muscle twitches and just a general "uncomfortably amped" feeling. Has anybody had this and done anything that has successfully mediated it? I have a ridiculous screen time due to work and bad habits, not sure if that's part of it. Thanks in advance.

RE: Sigma-Aldrich
@AR04 Sigma hates to sell to the general public, and at least progesterone will get you a phone call from customer service asking for paperwork such that you're allowed to buy it.

Calcium consumption?
I have acid reflux, and I'm trying to fix it (probiotics, better food, getting it scoped by a doctor) but until then I eat like 4-10 1 gram calcium carbonate tablets a day. Should I be concerned about tissue calcification from this? I take Vitamin K + Vitamin D and then an additional Vitamin K. All of these are just nutricost vitamins from amazon. Pls help me not get calcified soft tissues
