@Kvirion No never tried any Calcium supplements yet, what exactly does it mean to follow Ray's nutritional advice? As in what did you do?

B12 Issues Digestion/ IBS
Hello,
I'm struggling with IBS/ urgency for over a two years now.
It has gotten to the point where I have to stay at home and don't want to go do stuff.Recently, I had to take stomach acid blockers and I noticed that taking those would eliminate my issues completely. But it does destroy my digestion the longer I take it. (urgency disappears but I get diarrhea)
Since then I've been trying stuff and it seems like I have issues with B12. (Uptake is kind of blocked by having low stomach acid)
My supplements are B1,B2,B3,B5,B6,B7,B8,B9 so basically everything but B12.
Additionally I take some Sodium Bicarbonate 1h after food. Pre food I'm using ACV as well as Betain HCL for stomach acid.

The Bicarbonate with Betaine has been a game changer. But back to the issue. This regimen does improve me massively, but not completely it seems like.
Also I feel like I'm just counteracting my B12.As soon as I take some B12, my problems are back.
So why do I react this badly to B12?
I feel like as soon as I start up B12, it increases my adrenaline and Histamine levels.
Which then get released with stress and I get a panic attack combined with IBS.Now I don't know if this is just a "startup" or even "healing" reaction to B12.
I know my Histamine levels are very high. So I have a lot to release.
Adrenaline is rather low. So Im likely very sensitive to it and react easily to it. (I got them both tested.)But should I continue to keep B12 low? Do I have issues with making B12 work? So take more or stop it completely... Im sure taking everything but B12 and keeping it low isn't great long term either.
MethylB12 is worse for me than adenosyl though. Maybe just because its more directed towards methylation. Some studies mention B12 deficiency for incontinence and all. Not sure if I can compare that to what I have but ... But it is confusing me as Im getting worse on B12 and makes me think I have some issues with B12 again.
Its like im stuck between feeling ok'ish but eventually not improving or fixing my issue completely
and
going back to feeling bad but working on eventually getting rid of my it.Was reading on phoenixrising about the b12 protocol and B2 and all. But they didn't allow me to post as im not CFS.
RayPeat locked down as well.Hope someone on here maybe has some ideas

RE: Cleansing from Fluoride
What I read is that iodine, boron and tamarind might help getting rid of fluoride.
Tamarind paste is quite tasty so I added that to my diet.
I assume pushing bile might speed up the process.Im not doing any "fluoride cleanse" or am following any protocol to do so, im just trying to avoid excessive fluoride if its possible. Think that should be sufficient and a better long term solution than doing something actively and possibly more aggressive to the body to "detox". (Like high dose iodine or else)
