So, I recently started noting down my body temperature (morning after waking up, mid-morning, afternoon) to keep a journal so I can evaluate the influence changes in my diet, supplements etc have on me. What immediately struck me is the huge gap between waking up temp and rest of day. So, an average waking up temp is like 35.5-35.7 (like 96 Fahrenheit)
Half an hour after having breakfast this rises to like 36.5 (like 97.7 F)
Later at noon temp peaks at like 37-37.3 and stays that way until night (like 98.6-99F)
I expected wake-up temp to be low but this seems extremely so and got me curious, especially since noon temps look good. What could be the issue? I have bloodwork in 2 days, anything I should keep in mind to check besides the usual stuff?
(For context I have no major or chronic issue, feel very healthy and have tons of energy. Even before I found out about Ray Peat and the whole bioenergetic way of thinking my diet was peaty due to taste and intuition)
