I use it. People say topical application is most efficient, but it just stays yellow on my skin. I like to place a few drops toward back of my tongue. Taste is garlicky but I don’t mind it. I feel no difference in energy levels but my hands/feet feel warmer.

The topic of removing moles has been discussed by Ray and others at some length (here for example). Has anyone had success using progesterone, DHEA, melanon, thyroid, etc.? I was able to remove a skin tag using estroban (uncertain if the vitamins or the MCT oil alone was causal), but have not found success with any moles.

Found raw milk in glass bottles at health food store in Zurich. All depends where you are. The Swiss are less ideological when it comes to health (see: vax requirements). Also in Zurich, John the Baker coffee shop uses raw milk in their coffee. Elite.

Whichever is not homogenized I think that is a signal for quality production
