@questforhealth It could be just a thyroid issue. How did you fix it? I have plenty of coffee and sugar everyday. Maybe I should start taking T3

Sleep Issues - Please Help
No matter what I do I cant fall asleep earlier than whatever my current bedtime is, and it seems my internal clock is constantly shifting forwards. For the past 2 weeks or so ive been going to bed a 8-9 AM and waking up at 4-5 PM. Easy fix right? Just sleep earlier. I would if I could, I cant even take a little nap if its hasnt been at least 16 hours since I woke up, regardless of how exhausted or sleep deprived I may be. Ive pulled all nighters to try to fix this, end up falling asleep at the same time anyway. Forcing myself to wake up earlier everyday until it "happens"... that never works. Alcohol, benadryl, melatonin, chamomile do not help me sleep at all. They make me feel sleepy, as pulling an all nighter does, but it seems that just feeling sleepy is not enough for me to actually fall asleep. Regular exercise seems to make no difference. May be worth mentioning: I seem to be a lot more sensitive to the effects of sleep deprivation than the average person, getting less than 7 hours of sleep two nights in a row feels genuinely horrible to me. I wish I could just decide to "sleep a little earlier today, because I feel it", like others do, and actually fall asleep earlier.
tl;dr: Im falling asleep at sunrise and waking up at sunset, struggling to fix my sleep schedule. Nothing seems to work
