DNP Powder
Planning on running DNP for about 2-3 wks, bought from a chemical supplier - ROK Chemical Supplies. Unsure about administration, is it okay mixed in water, or must it be in pill form or something else. I'm planning on keeping the dose relatively low for first time - around 100mg.

@mostlylurking Totally agree, I'm not sure if my post was poorly worded but I did not intend to contradict this. I was in the position years ago (before Peat and metabolism came into my cognitive awareness) where on 1500 calories a day I was not losing weight (or if I was a large deal was muscle mass). Obviously, the issue there was metabolism, not that I wasn't cutting hard enough.
I'm in the middle of a cut now and my priority is monitoring my metabolic rate through keeping an eye on temp and HR, not calorie counting. My point in the above post was more that you should have a calorie deficit when losing weight, but this is one, albeit an important one, of many factors in losing fat.

Not trying to sound like a CICOtard but you need a calorie deficit to lose weight/fat. Obviously other factors are important too (metabolic rate, macro and micronutrients, etc) but a calorie deficit is an essential factor.

I used Nordic Spirit (snus in Britain) for a few months last year, it was decent for energy levels but became a very heavy user quickly. I would get a very visceral energy boost and sense of euphoria for a bit then would kind of taper off into a sluggish feeling. Mind that at the lowest level, NS has about 6mg of nicotine going up to 12mg (which I used a while) whereas when I went to the States I found Zyn was standard at 3mg, with 6mg available, highest I could find was 7mg Velo - weak by British standards.
Quit late last year, and found it easy to quit. Quit due to fears around blood vessel constriction and aging of the skin that would result due to reduced flow of collagen to tissue. I didn't experience weight loss during this period. Any energy boost from it should just be found in caffeine or thyroid instead (both far healthier methods).
