@ofo if your liver function is bad and you are consuming the coffee without sugar and milk it may make you anxious. I believe @haidut has mentioned that caffeine tolerance was once used way back when as a good measure of if you were hypothyroid and had poor liver function, mainly because the two are very interconnected.

@Vineland I'm wondering this as well, specifically the reasoning behind such a high dose of biotin.
