@Evolutionarily a good way to get any drug is to basically say you were staying out of the country and were prescribed this drug at this dose and you are seeing if you can get a refill because your date for going back to the country you got it in is a little later and you are worried to run out. then once you have it prescribed one on your file you can go to another doctor and more easily get it. this works well in countries with tele-medicine consults and doctor shortages.
